Kombi Rocks
Kombi Rocks is a website for a diner located in Singapore. It was a website I created during my internship in Comwerks, Singapore. The website tries to capture the 70's theme, while showing off some current web tricks.
After all the images load, you are taken to one of four main sections. The diner section has the menu and also has a fried rice simulation.
The diner also offers car rentals. A parallax scrolling gallery shoes images and information about the rental when you reach the bottom of each car.
A story section helps build the identity and shows of many of the items from the 70's, which are all over the diner.
The contact page lets you play songs from local bands which sometimes perform at the diner. As the song plays, the vynil spins and crackles.
